Wisconsin lenders require a Termite/WDI inspection (form NPMA-33) before they allow the mortgage loan to close on many types of Government-backed home loans, for example.
This form serves as the official termite inspection report. The inspection includes evidence of current wood-destroying insect activity, damage from previous activity, or repairs made from damage to previous activity.
Our technician will visually inspect all accessible rooms in the interior as well as the exterior of all structures on the property. Form NPMA will be completed and provided directly to you and/or your lender as requested. Your inspection typically takes 60-90 minutes and completed forms will be provided within 1-2 business days.
We also offer combo treatment plans that include crawling insects and rodents, as well as add-on specialty pest treatments for mosquito’s, ticks, bees, wasps and carpenter ant infestations.
